Personally I have always been a major fan of timber floors, and I find it difficult to see that other people just don’t feel the same way. Have you ever went into someone’s flat and looked on their floor? Of course you have, but here is the big question. Have you ever gone into someone’s apartment, looked on the floors and said” I don’t like their cheap carpet. I don’t know about you but I have, sometimes it’s just best to stick to classic luxuries, like timber floors. Now of course not all timber floors are as good as each other.
Just like other types of wooden floors, there are greater versions and less good versions. However really although there are different versions I would say that they do not differ alot. I would say that you get whatever version you feel that will look super in your home.
When purchasing your timber floors you should consider what part of the house that the timber floors will be going. This will show you what colour you would want. The darker colours of timber floors and most flooring look best in my opinion, you should look for the best ones.
The ideal places to have whiter coloured timber floors are rooms in your home like the kitchen. This is because kitchens on occasions have lovely windows, therefore allowing the sun to shine onto the sides and generally bounce around the place; this is why I have lighter timber floors, in this room. cheap carpet can sometimes look decent I have had timber floors in the living room before and it has usually looked beautiful here too. I have sometimes gone for a pale colour to go with the shade of my walls too. However, lots of shades of timber floors seem to work very well in the bedroom from my own view. If you are not confident then just trust your instinct and pick something that you like that texture of.
