Recently the economy has pretty much balanced out and has not been sinking at quite a mind boggling rate like it was this past year. With the slump in the NASDAQ and the war in Iraq were starving pretty badly here in the United States. This is forcing people to rack up credit card debt, to help these debtors get out of debt there are plans on the market.
